Who We Are:

ARC HD Services Ltd, part of Community Integrated Care, provides specialist residential and 1:1 support for young people aged 9–18 facing complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma-related behaviours. We run four small, nurturing homes—each supporting up to three young people in a warm, homely environment tailored to individual needs. Every child has their own private space, plus shared areas for connection and community.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

Welcome to Our Home – Romsey. A calm, cosy bungalow supporting up to 3 amazing young people (ages 9–18). We’re a quirky, caring crew who believe in laughter, love, and helping kids thrive.

The Role:

  • 1:1 support with young people
  • 39 hour post: 2 x 15 hour shifts and 1 x 9 hour shift, plus one sleepover per week
  • Shift pattern rotates every 3 weeks so some weekend work will be required
  • Driving license required - access to your own vehicle would be helpful as the service is not served by public transport and is rural
  • Permanent role available

You Are:

  • Experienced with supporting children overnight
  • Qualified with a L3 Diploma in Residential Child Care, or are willing to work towards this
  • Honest, kind & non-judgmental
  • Great with kids & teamwork
