Community Integrated Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RMN/RSCN) to support four children’s residential homes in Hampshire. The role provides 15 hours per week with potential to increase to 20, at £21.34 per hour, and focuses on health, wellbeing and daily living skills within a trauma-informed approach.
You will work with staff across multiple services to improve outcomes for looked-after children, ensuring safeguarding and holistic care planning. A full UK driving licence is required.
