Community Integrated Care offers a role for a Registered Nurse to support 12 residents across two bungalows, providing medication administration, catheter care, nebulisers, and daily routines.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse you will work from 07:45 to 20:15, with waking night shifts supervised by a duty nurse. You will help residents with daily activities, personal care, and encourage their independence and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Provide medication administration, including Buccal Midazolam, catheter care, and nebulisers.
- Assist residents with daily routines, activities, and personal care.
- Encourage choice, independence, and person‑centred care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Perform duties as required by local health and social care policies.
Qualifications
- Valid NMC PIN.
- Excellent observational, communication, and clinical skills.
- Warm, kind, and compassionate approach.
- Previous experience managing a team desirable.
