Community Integrated Care offers a role for a Registered Nurse to support 12 residents across two bungalows, providing medication administration, catheter care, nebulisers, and daily routines.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse you will work from 07:45 to 20:15, with waking night shifts supervised by a duty nurse. You will help residents with daily activities, personal care, and encourage their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities

  • Provide medication administration, including Buccal Midazolam, catheter care, and nebulisers.
  • Assist residents with daily routines, activities, and personal care.
  • Encourage choice, independence, and person‑centred care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  • Perform duties as required by local health and social care policies.

Qualifications

  • Valid NMC PIN.
  • Excellent observational, communication, and clinical skills.
  • Warm, kind, and compassionate approach.
  • Previous experience managing a team desirable.
