Community Integrated Care is a national social care charity which provides care and support to thousands of people across England and Scotland. We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment System Administrator & Onboarding Team Leader to join our Recruitment department on a 12 month maternity cover contract.

You can be based anywhere in the UK but you need to be available to work from our Widnes Head Office when required. You can work from home or a flex between the two. You can work your full time hours over 4 days and enjoy a long weekend, or work over 5 days to accommodate your other commitments.

Competitive Salary: £28,000 to £35,000 (dependent upon experience)

As the Recruitment Systems and Onboarding Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and developing our ATS system, Eploy, to enhance the candidate experience and support system users. You will lead, develop, and engage the onboarding team, fostering a culture that makes Community Integrated Care a great place to work.

  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes related to Eploy and its integration with Agresso.
  • Enhance Candidate Experience: Simplify the end-to-end recruitment process to improve candidate experience and reduce time to hire.
  • Training and Development: Monitor activity, identify training needs, and coach users on system advancements.
  • Technical Advisor: Act as a key advisor for system development projects and ensure compliance with legal frameworks.
  • Data Management: Create and develop recruitment dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and empower the onboarding team to excel and create a supportive environment.

2-5 years’ experience with ATS systems (preferably Eploy) and in leadership roles.

Strong project management skills, including stakeholder communication and data handling.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
