Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
Working in partnership with housing associations and local authorities, we provide care and support in purpose-built accommodation for people aged 55 and above. Our services offer a home-from-home environment, with tailored support to help people maintain independence, wellbeing, and a great quality of life. You’ll be supporting individuals with:
- 24-hour care and housing-related support
- Personal care, including medication and health support
- Meal preparation and assistance
- Leisure and recreational activities
- Domestic help
- Community engagement
- Maintaining relationships with family and friends
- Moving and handling
Our Extra Care Services are located in the heart of the community, with easy access to shops, supermarkets, and transport links. More about the people supported? You will be supporting individuals with a wide range of needs, such as Dementia, mental health & physical conditions, providing them with the best care possible to help them live their best lives! Shifts - We have a dedicated team of staff during the day and night, ensuring consistent & compassionate care 24 hours a day. We offer a variety of shifts to suit individual needs.
