Role Overview
As a Support Worker you will spend your shift with the person you support, helping them live a meaningful and independent life. You will work 7 days a week – Monday to Sunday – with flexible shifts from 7:30 am to 10 pm, including some sleep‑over shifts.

- Medication administration
- Cooking and home maintenance
- Social support and help to achieve personal goals
- Managing the finances of the people you support
- Providing companionship and emotional support
