Seeking a Female Support Worker for our Supported Living Service in Pontefract, WF8. Shifts could include Days, Waking Nights and/or Sleep-In's. This position is for 28 hours per week. Day Shifts start at 7.30am.

Community Integrated Care is one of the UK’s largest health and social care charities. We work hard to enrich the lives of people with many different care needs. It’s exciting and rewarding work, and we’re full of pride and passion for what we do.
The Service is a unique bungalow with 4 bedrooms. The tenants share the communal lounge and kitchen. We provide 1:1 support for 4 tenants. All tenants have individual support plans, ensuring they are supported in a person-centred way and are promoted to make their own choices. Each person has their own individual care package of support.

- We need you to commit to the shift patterns of 07.30 to 22.00 including a sleeping night which is 07:30 to 22.00 finishing at 07.30 the following day, and a waking night 20.30 to 07.30.
