Are you a dynamic HR professional looking to make a significant impact in a regional role? Community Integrated Care is on an exciting journey of transformation and growth and we are looking to recruit an experienced People Specialist to join our Complex Care team covering Yorkshire and South Central Regions. This is a full-time, permanent post and you can be based anywhere from Yorkshire to the South Coast but you must be able to travel extensively within that region.

Join our team as a People Specialist (Regional) and support the Senior People Business Partner in delivering the Regional People Plan. You’ll play a crucial role in driving organisational change, supporting operational leaders, and partnering with service leaders to develop regional strategies.
As a People Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of recruitment efforts, ensuring timely resolution of HR queries, and producing meaningful management information to support strategic decisions. Your expertise in change management, employee relations, and talent development will be vital in creating an effective employee proposition and driving transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Regional People Plan.
- Drive change and transformation projects.
- Support organisational change programmes (e.g., TUPE, acquisitions, restructures).
- Resolve staffing issues, managing employee relations and effective case management.
- Facilitate recruitment, resource, talent, and succession planning.
- Promote continuous staff development and tackle poor performance.
- Produce regular people reports and ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Qualifications: Professional qualification in CIPD. Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
- Experience: Proven track record in a People Specialist role. Experience with ER case management. Experience with central HR services and middle managers. Independent working and recruitment process management.
- Skills/Abilities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Team player with credibility and relationship-building skills. Good IT skills and ability to analyse data. Coaching and facilitation skills.
- Personal Attributes: High integrity and accountability. Innovative thinker and problem solver. Commitment to personal development. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Flexible with working hours and travel.
