ARC HD Services Ltd, part of Community Integrated Care, provides specialist residential and 1:1 support for young people aged 9‑18 facing complex social, emotional and mental health challenges, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD and trauma‑related behaviours. We run four small, nurturing homes—each supporting up to three young people in a warm, homely environment tailored to individual needs. Every child has their own private space, plus shared areas for connection and community.

Location & Hours: Location: Lymington. Hours: 39 hours per week.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be a role model and mentor for young people in our care.
  • Support and guide your team, including two on‑call duties per week.
  • Carry out audits (medication, observation sheets, keywork files) to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager and attend regular supervision meetings.
  • Ensure safeguarding and compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
  • At least two years’ experience working with children with emotional/mental health needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • A team player who is flexible, adaptable and self‑motivated.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (due to the rural location of the home).
