Responsibilities
- Spend your whole shift with the person you support, making the biggest impact on their lives

Qualifications & Requirements
- Essential completion of all core training units and moving and positioning to work at Parkside
- Ability to work with individuals with diverse needs in a person-centred way
- Patience, empathy, reliability and a strong work ethic

Salary & Benefits
- £12.62 per hour
- 28 days annual leave inclusive of statutory bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time)

We are looking for people who are passionate about supporting others and will help us to live the best life possible. There are usually 3 people on shift at one time to allow one-to-one time with individuals. Shifts vary (early, late, long days, sleeps, night) and are planned around the individuals at Parkside.
