  • Support adults with learning disabilities and autism with complex needs to lead the best life possible.
  • Spend your whole shift with the person you support and provide consistent, person-centred care.
  • Follow care plans and contribute to a safe and supportive environment.

Ideal candidate / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 in Social Care and strong experience in mental health, autism and sensory communication, and physical health. If you do not have a qualification, you will need to have experience in social care. You will know how to connect with people and be passionate about supporting people to live independently. You will also be a brilliant mentor and share your skills and experiences with your colleagues.

Development and training

We will develop your talents with a range of specialist training, including the opportunity to learn Positive Behaviour Support methods, Makaton and the Picture Exchange System.
