We have an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate, and talented Support Workers to join a well‑established service supporting 6 individuals with learning disabilities and complex health needs. Your role will focus on promoting choice, wellbeing, and independence while providing 24‑hour support.
A welcoming bungalow home in a fun, friendly environment where the people we support are happy, friendly, and fun‑loving. Staff are encouraged to be outgoing, kind, and creative thinkers.
Duties:- Personal Care
- Medication management
- Financial support (finances)
- Accessing the community
- Supporting activities such as arts & crafts, swimming, shopping, cinema trips, and walks
Night shift: 8:00pm – 8:00am (Waking Night). Applicants must be available to work night shifts on different nights of the week as support is provided 7 days a week.
