About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate, and talented Support Workers to join a well-established service supporting 6 amazing individuals with learning disabilities and complex health needs. Your role will focus on promoting choice, wellbeing, and independence, while providing 24-hour support with:

  • Personal Care
  • Medication
  • Finances
  • Accessing the Community

Shift Pattern:

  • 8:00am - 10:00pm
  • 9:00am - 10:00pm
  • 8:00am - 8:00pm
  • 10:00pm - 7:00am (Sleep in)
  • 8:00pm – 8:00am (Waking Night)

Our ideal applicant would have flexible availability to work a variety of shifts to support during periods of annual leave/sickness etc.
