Since the early days, we’ve grown to provide many innovative and bespoke care services to thousands of people across England and Scotland. We want to provide support based on the principles of choice, dignity and respect. This resonates in our vision of ‘Your Life, Your Choice’ and our strategy ‘Best Lives Possible’. We have strong values and we’re proud to pioneer new ways of delivering social care to stand out in our sector. We will provide you with all the training, support and personal protective equipment you need in your role and will help you develop, should you decide you want to develop your career with us.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

We are proud of where life has brought us and the challenges we have faced in our lives and our generations, we live life to full and love every minute of it. We are proud of what each of us does and we celebrate this together as a family. We enjoy several activities, including singing, dancing, cooking, cleaning, watching movies, shopping, being with our families and friends, days out, and short breaks. We are all interested in having a fulfilled lifestyle; we enjoy going to the Bingo and as the only male in the house, I enjoy going to the Middlesbrough Football Ground and going to the Alan Shearer centre in Newcastle. We want to live here and remain as independent as we possibly can. The staff will always introduce new ideas and activities as well as the ones we do every day; they know what we like to do and will always go above and beyond. We would describe ourselves as Fun, Loving, Charismatic, and get on with everyone we meet. There are normally 4 staff on shift throughout the day depending on what activities are going on, and one staff overnight. The staff do varied shifts. We need our staff to be friendly, trustworthy, reliable, able to think outside the box and to help us live our life the best way we can and to keep us all smiling every day.
