About The Role

You’ll be supporting individuals with mental health concerns, complex care needs, learning disabilities, and addiction backgrounds to live independently in their own homes. This isn’t always easy—some days will test your patience and creativity—but the rewards are huge.

  • Medication administration
  • Cooking and meal prep
  • Personal care
  • Helping manage finances and maintain a safe home

Shift Details

Our service runs 24/7, so flexibility is key. You’ll work day shifts with some weekends and occasional waking nights.

Pay & Benefits

We are passionate about our people and every year we invest heavily in our front‑line worker pay, in line with the Living Wage increase each April. This means that from 1st April 2026, our payrate for this role will be increasing to £13.86 per hour.
