Who you'll be supporting & more about the role: What you'll be doing As a Support Worker you will support a number of people who have a variety of needs, including: learning disabilities, autism, mental health concerns and physical disabilities etc, with their daily routines to live the best lives possible. You will be supporting these people at home, but also within the community too with their interests and hobbies and goals. Location- Marple, Stockport. Our support team are experienced and work well together to ensure the people we support are happy and safe in their own homes. This can include:
- Supporting with taking medication
- Cooking
- Assisting with personal care
- Maintaining the homes of the people supported and managing their finances
