Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

  • Location: Manchester
  • Shifts: 7am–2pm | 2pm–9pm | 9pm-7am (Waking Nights)
  • Hours Available: Permanent part-time and full-time hours available (we also welcome applications for bank roles at this time)
  • Full Training Provided

About the Service:

Join a well-established, warm and welcoming extra care service supporting individuals in their own homes (independent living). This service features individual flats in one location, each with an en-suite bathroom and shared communal living areas, library and activity room where laughter and connection can thrive.

A Day in the Life:

No two days are the same! You’ll be supporting individuals with:

  • Daily living activities, including personal care (if you have experience using hoists and mobility aids, that's a bonus!)
  • Supporting with hobbies/activities/community involvement as agreed with the Local Authority
  • Light cleaning and meal support

You’ll be part of an experienced team who ensure everyone feels safe, supported, and empowered to make their own decisions.
