Location: Manchester (M14 and M16 areas)
Shifts: 7am–2pm | 2pm–9pm | 9pm-7am (Waking Nights)
Hours Available: Bank roles

About the Service
Join our well-established, warm and welcoming extra care services supporting individuals in their own homes (independent living). These services feature individual flats in one location (one service in M14 and one in M16), each with an en-suite bathroom and shared communal living areas, library and activity room where laughter and connection can thrive.
What We’re Looking For
We’re on the hunt for caring, compassionate and outgoing Support Workers who are ready to make a real difference. If you’re someone who’s:

A Day in the Life
No two days are the same! You’ll be supporting individuals with:
- Daily living activities, including personal care (if you have experience using hoists and mobility aids, that's a bonus!)
- Supporting with hobbies/activities/community involvement as agreed with the Local Authority
- Light cleaning and meal support
You’ll be part of an experienced team who ensure everyone feels safe, supported, and empowered to make their own decisions.
