Who We Are:
ARC HD Services Ltd, part of Community Integrated Care, provides specialist residential and 1:1 support for young people aged 9–18 facing complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma-related behaviours. We run four small, nurturing homes—each supporting up to three young people in a warm, homely environment tailored to individual needs. Every child has their own private space, plus shared areas for connection and community.

- Location: Lymington
- Hours: 39 per week

What You’ll Do:
- Be a role model and mentor for young people in our care
- Support and guide your team, including two on-call duties per week
- Carry out audits (medication, observation sheets, keywork files) to keep everything running smoothly
- Work closely with the Registered Manager and attend regular supervision meetings
- Ensure safeguarding and compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- At least 2 years’ experience working with children with emotional/mental health needs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- A team player who’s flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (due to the rural location of the home)
