About Community Integrated Care:

Community Integrated Care is one of the UK’s largest health and social care charities. We transform lives by delivering high-quality, person-centred support that fosters independence and empowerment.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

Working closely with the Service Leader and the Support Worker team, you will be responsible for 2 individuals, 1 male and 1 female. Both individuals have a range of support needs, including epilepsy, learning disabilities, and both individuals are wheelchair users.

Our Shifts:

  • 8am till 8pm days, 8pm till 8am nights

What You'll Be Doing:

You’ll be supporting both individuals to live their daily life in the way they want to live it. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:

  • Supporting with personal care
  • Medication Administration
  • Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
  • Daily activities - anything and everything the person we support likes to do is something you might provide support with!
