You will support a lady with complex care needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and mental health challenges. Your role will involve helping her maintain her daily routine, ensuring personal care, and encouraging her independence.
- Provide personal care support and routine management.
- Administer medication as prescribed.
- Assist with home management tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and budget management.
- Support participation in daily activities and community outings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Level 3 qualification in Social Care or equivalent.
- Strong experience in mental health, autism, sensory communication, and physical health support.
- Demonstrated ability to connect with individuals and promote independent living.
- Excellent mentoring and team collaboration skills.
Working Hours & Conditions
- Shift: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm (days only).
- Bank contract with guaranteed hours each week and rotas issued 4–6 weeks in advance.
- UK driving licence is essential.
