Community Integrated Care is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate health and social care professional for the role of Service Leader (Level 2). You will be based in Leicester LE4. 2 years experience of managing a team in a similar setting is sought.

We will provide you with all the training, support and personal protective equipment you need in your role and will help you develop, should you decide you want to develop your career with us. With experience working in a health or social care setting, you will have an upbeat positive manner, as well as having a genuine passion for supporting people to become a part of their local and wider community. You will also have experience working with people supported who present behaviours that require intensive support planning and management to ensure their safety and quality of life at all times. In addition, you will be comfortable using basic IT systems that are required within the role - training can be offered to support this area. You will also hold a professional qualification in Health and Social Care, i.e. Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 plus supervisory units (Scotland) / Care Management Level 3 (England).
