Position Details:
We are currently recruiting for bank Support Workers to work mainly weekends from 8 am – 10 pm. No UK driving licence required.
Responsibilities:
- Medication administration
- Accessing day services such as college and work placements
- Personal care for individuals
- Arranging and attending appointments or meetings
- Cooking and home maintenance
- Social support and support to achieve personal goals
- Managing the finances and budget of the people we support
Shift Pattern:
Our team provides support 7 days a week, so we ask for flexibility to work a variety of shifts from Monday to Sunday. Shift times generally fall between 8 am and 10 pm (most shifts are between 3 pm and 10 pm). No overnight support is required.

The people we support like to be supported by people who respect them and their homes, but who also like to have fun. We like people who are reliable and honest and can remain calm under pressure, supporting people effectively and building fantastic relationships.
