Bank Support Worker

Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one support to up to 10 individuals in Aberdeenshire, helping them live independently in their own homes or sheltered accommodation.
- Assist with personal care, medication administration, and arranging & attending appointments.
- Support day services such as college and work placements, and coordinate travel to these services.
- Help with cooking, home maintenance, and managing personal finances and budgets.
- Provide social support and encouragement towards achieving personal goals.
- Work flexible shifts 7 days a week, generally between 8 am and 10 pm, with most shifts from 3 pm to 10 pm. No overnight shifts are required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Current suitability to work with vulnerable adults (e.g., DBS check).
- Demonstrated reliability, honesty and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- No UK driving licence required for this role.
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
