A background in supporting people with autism, obsessive -compulsive disorder would be desirable.
As an Advanced support worker, you will help this gentleman with his routines, experiences in structure and ensuring consistency which is very important as he needs to feel regulated and safe.
You will need to be highly supportive and trustworthy with a skill set that can build positive relationships which will be important in maintaining his wellbeing.
He enjoys physical activities, especially badminton and walking so if you share these interests then please get in touch as you would be a great fit!

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 in Social Care and strong experience in mental health, autism and forensic background.
If you do not have a qualification, you will need to have experience in social care.
