About the Role
We’re on the lookout for part-time Support Workers in Invergordon, where we support four adults to live independently in their own homes. This isn’t just a job - it’s a chance to be part of someone’s journey every single day.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals to live independently by helping with daily routines, medication, home management, and social activities.
- Assist with recreational activities such as gaming, cycling, swimming, bowling, music, reading, and family time.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of those you support during each shift.
Shift Schedule
- Day shifts: 8 am – 9 pm
- 2:1 support: Sunday to Friday, 11 am – 3 pm
- Sleepovers: 9 pm – 8 am
Eligibility & Requirements
- A full UK driving licence, suitable for driving both manual and automatic vehicles, is essential.
- Commitment to work 16 hours per week as a part-time staff member.
- Experience in care is welcomed but not mandatory; we value compassion, energy and a sense of fun.
