Role Summary
Community Integrated Care is recruiting Support Workers to work in Huntly. The role involves providing support to individuals with learning disabilities in their own homes, enabling them to live as independently as possible and make decisions about their lives. In Huntly you will support 4 individuals who live in a large bungalow. They are active in the community and enjoy activities such as swimming, music and arts & crafts. We seek people who are fun, active and passionate about helping others improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support in the individuals’ homes, including personal care, meal preparation, medication administration and assistance with activities of daily living.
- Implement training you receive on Moving and Positioning, Epilepsy and MAPA where required.
- Support individuals to live as independently and safely as possible, respecting choice and dignity.
- Ensure the home environment is safe, clean and supportive, carrying out floor transfers and basic cleaning duties.
- Work closely with the team, care plans and family members to deliver consistent, high quality care.

Shift & Working Hours
We provide support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Candidates must be flexible to work at different days and shifts, including early, late and waking night shifts. A full UK driving licence is a bonus but not a mandatory requirement.
