Community Integrated Care is currently seeking an exceptional social care leader to join our award‑winning charity as Head of Operations for Scotland, South & Central regions. The role involves direct line management of regional and registered managers, overseeing day‑to‑day operational management, ensuring performance, budget, quality, legal and regulatory compliance, and driving the organisational strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Direct line management of regional and registered managers in Scotland, South and Central regions.
- Oversee operational performance of all services within these regions.
- Lead regional teams to achieve objectives, deliver contractual requirements, strategic objectives, and stay within budget.
- Ensure compliance with CI regulations, frameworks, inspection processes, and relevant legislation.
- Understand the needs of people we support and apply personalisation and inclusion agendas.
Qualifications & experience required:
- Highly accomplished leader with experience in the care sector.
- Knowledge of CI regulations, frameworks, inspection processes, and regulatory & contractual frameworks.
- Strong understanding of personalisation and inclusion agendas.
- Effective communication skills and a proven ability to inspire teams.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with some flexibility and the option of a 4‑day working week. The role can be based within the Central Belt of Scotland and may require travel to regional offices across this region.
