We are looking for dedicated Support Workers who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of the people we care for.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal support and assistance to individuals with diverse care needs, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.
  • Spend the entire shift caring for the same person, creating a consistent and trusting relationship.
  • Implement care plans and support strategies, including mental health and trauma‑informed care where required.
  • Document activities, incidents, and any changes in the person’s condition or behaviour.
  • Support the individual with daily living tasks such as dressing, feeding, bathing and mobility, while respecting their personal preferences.
  • Operate safely within a lone‑work environment, following all statutory and organisational safety procedures.
  • Assist with community participation and facilitate social engagement activities.

  • Patience, empathy, compassion and sensitivity to others.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability and honesty.
  • Ability to work independently, using problem‑solving skills to manage unexpected situations.
  • Commitment to maintaining high quality, consistent care and support.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Prepared to work flexible hours, including shift work and a part‑time or full‑time schedule.
  • Basic DBS / PVG screening (paid by the company).
