Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered support to clients throughout the shift, ensuring dignity and respect.
- Administer medication, record care activities and maintain accurate documentation.
- Perform emergency first aid and follow all mandatory e-learning modules.
- Assist with daily living activities and promote wellbeing, using the equipment and PPE supplied.
- Support clients in maintaining choice and independence, in line with our 'Your Life, Your Choice' ethos.
