Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered support to clients throughout the shift, ensuring dignity and respect.
  • Administer medication, record care activities and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Perform emergency first aid and follow all mandatory e-learning modules.
  • Assist with daily living activities and promote wellbeing, using the equipment and PPE supplied.
  • Support clients in maintaining choice and independence, in line with our 'Your Life, Your Choice' ethos.
