About the Role
Community Integrated Care is one of the UK’s largest health and social care charities. You will be supporting a vulnerable adult and providing support throughout the day and evening. This person is very independent and outgoing and loves to explore new things. 1:1 support between 8am and 10pm each day with no overnight support. Working part‑time, 14 hours per week with occasional weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one support to the client from 8am to 10pm, ensuring safety and maintaining independence.
- Offer companionship, help with daily tasks and support during outings such as farm visits, swimming, pantos and dining out.
- Communicate effectively with the client, their family and the support team, maintaining accurate records.
- Behave reliably, honestly and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Patient and confident when helping with anxieties.
- Reliable, honest and good communication skills.
- Previous care or support experience is an advantage but not mandatory – full training will be provided.
Working Hours & Pay
Part‑time, 14 hours per week with occasional weekends. Pay: £13.86 per hour.
