Who We Are:

ARC HD Services Ltd, part of Community Integrated Care, provides specialist residential and 1:1 support for young people aged 9–18 facing complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma-related behaviours. We run four small, nurturing homes—each supporting up to three young people in a warm, homely environment tailored to individual needs. Every child has their own private space, plus shared areas for connection and community.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

Welcome to Our Home – Fareham. A spacious bungalow with private bedrooms, bathrooms and lounges, where we support up to 3 amazing young people (ages 9–18). We’re a fun, energetic crew who believe in laughter, love, and helping kids thrive.

The Role:

  • 1:1 support with young people
  • 39 hours per week, working 2 x 15 hour shifts, 1 x 9 hour shift and 1 sleepover per week
  • Shifts are 8am – 1pm, 1pm – 6pm and 6pm – 11pm
  • One weekend off every three
  • Due to the rural location of the home, a driving and access to your own vehicle are required
  • Permanent role
