About the Role
Full‑time (37 hours) Support Worker role in Elgin, working with a group of young adults aged 24‑26 to help them settle into their new bungalows and establish independence.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and 2:1 support across day, evening, and night shifts
- Encourage independence, new experiences, and skill‑building
- Build life skills and confidence
- Be a friendly, reliable presence in their daily lives
