About the Role

Full‑time (37 hours) Support Worker role in Elgin, working with a group of young adults aged 24‑26 to help them settle into their new bungalows and establish independence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and 2:1 support across day, evening, and night shifts
  • Encourage independence, new experiences, and skill‑building
  • Build life skills and confidence
  • Be a friendly, reliable presence in their daily lives

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bubbly, patient, and curious personality
  • Willingness to learn and complete tailored training
