Community Integrated Care is one of the UK’s largest health and social care charities. As a charity, we invest all our profits back into the people we support, our workforce and our local communities. You will be supporting a group of young adults (age 24‑26) who are moving into their own homes in Elgin. The residents require support to learn new skills, explore opportunities in the community and live as independently as possible. Support is provided on a 1:1 and 2:1 basis during the day, evening and night.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and 2:1 support to residents during day, evening and night.
  • Assist with daily living activities, learning new skills and attending local community groups.
  • Support residents to gain independence and experience new opportunities in the community.
  • Apply skills in areas such as moving and positioning, medication administration for epilepsy and other specialised services as part of the GROWN learner journey.

  • Patience, empathy, compassion and sensitivity to individual needs.
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, honesty, determination, problem‑solving and resilience.
  • No prior professional experience required; the role is open to people from all backgrounds.
