About the Role:

You’ll be supporting individuals with learning disabilities, Autism, and mental or physical health challenges to live independently in their own homes. Life hasn’t always been easy for them, but they’re full of joy and love trying new things! They enjoy:

  • Watching movies
  • Arts and crafts
  • Karaoke
  • Baking
  • Shopping
  • Gardening
  • Going for walks
  • Holidays and adventures

They’re always up for something new, so we’re looking for Support Workers who are creative, caring, and ready to go the extra mile.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll help with everyday tasks like:

  • Giving medication
  • Cooking meals
  • Personal care
  • Keeping their homes tidy
  • Managing finances

You’ll also be a companion, a cheerleader, and a source of encouragement every day.

Shift Info:

We are recruiting for a relief position to provide support 24/7, so we’re looking for people who can work a mix of shifts, including:

  • Day shifts
  • Sleepovers
  • Some weekends
