We support 18 amazing individuals living in their own bungalows in the charming town of Duns. Despite facing challenges related to learning disabilities, Autism, and mental & physical health, they live life to the fullest — and they’re looking for someone like you to join the adventure!

Your Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll be part of a friendly, experienced team helping with:
- Medication administration
- Cooking & meal prep
- Personal care
- Home maintenance & budgeting
Shift Patterns
We offer 24/7 support, so flexibility is key! Shifts include:
- 8am – 8pm
- 8pm – 8am (waking nights)
- 8am – 2pm
- 2pm – 10pm
