Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in their day to day lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible for each individual.
Our Shifts: 7am - 2.30pm | 9am - 4.30pm | 2.30pm - 9.30pm | 9.30pm - 7am (Night)
Shift Requirement: Days, working different days each week and including some weekends
Contract: 21 - 37.5 hours per week - permanent
Driving License Required? Yes, and access to own vehicle due to rural location of service
What You'll Be Doing

You'll support 4 gentlemen, who share their home, with everyday tasks to ensure they're supported to be as independent as possible.

The individuals we support love:

  • Parties & dancing
  • Cinema & theatre trips
  • Coffee catch-ups & eating out
  • Karaoke (yes, you might need to sing!)
  • Their two adorable cats (if you're allergic to cats, this would not be a suitable role)

  • Medication & personal care
  • Promoting independence & choice
  • Appointments & finances
