You’ll work directly with teammates in our Partnerships and Communities to deliver, direct or commission the end-to-end communications requirements for our function, collaborating closely with our in-house Communications and Marketing Team for the wider charity.

  • Developing and executing robust marketing and communications strategies.
  • Creating or directing engaging, high-quality content across multiple channels that resonates and inspires action.

  • Building strategic relationships with influential stakeholders and media, positioning Community Integrated Care at the forefront of social innovation.

We want to meet a passionate, strategic and creative marketing and communications professional who can:

  • Lead strategy: Develop and own integrated marketing and comms strategies aligned to organisational and audience goals.
  • Create impact: Write and produce compelling, audience-focused content across formats and channels (digital, social, press, video).
  • Commission quality: Brief and manage creative suppliers, working closely with in-house teams and external partners.
  • Drive reach: Secure strong media coverage and lead digital activity using insight and analytics.
  • Support growth: Contribute to partnerships, funding bids, and ambassador engagement through aligned messaging.
  • Work inclusively: Commit to co-production and inclusive communications that reflect the voices of the people we support.
  • Deliver confidently: Manage multiple projects and stakeholders to produce high-quality work, on time and on budget.

You will have a strong technical understanding of marketing and communications, evidenced in your career, CPD and learning.
