Who We Are
ARC HD Services Ltd, part of Community Integrated Care, provides specialist residential and 1:1 support for young people aged 9â18 facing complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, and traumaârelated behaviours.
We run four small, nurturing homesâeach supporting up to three young people in a warm, homely environment tailored to individual needs. Every child has their own private space, plus shared areas for connection and community.

A spacious twoâstorey home with private bedrooms, bathrooms and lounges, where we support up to 3 amazing young people (ages 9â18). Weâre a fun, energetic crew who believe in laughter, love, and helping kids thrive.

The Role
1:1 support with young people
â° 39 hours per week, working 2 x 15 hour shifts, 1 x 9 hour shift and 1 sleepover per week
â° Shifts are 8 am â 1 pm, 1 pm â 6 pm and 6 pm â 11 pm
ď¸ One weekend off every three
Manual Driving License Required
