Responsibilities
- Support two individuals in a shared house, one male and one female, aged 40 and above.
- Assist with preparation of a wide range of food and drink to accommodate dietary requirements.
- Support individuals with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety and schizophrenia, and other medical requirements as assessed by management.
- Administer medication when required.
- Help with personal finances, banking, shopping and auditing.
- Maintain a clean, friendly, and safe home environment, respecting each individual's preferences and choices.
- Work long day shifts from 10 am to the following 10 am, including a sleep‑in shift from 11 pm to 7 am.
- Work alongside at least two colleagues during daytime shifts and one colleague during sleep‑in shifts.

- Experience within mental health support.
