Are you a people-focused HR professional ready to shape real change? At Community Integrated Care, we’re on an ambitious journey of growth and transformation—and we’re looking for a dynamic People Specialist to play a key role in delivering our Support Services People Plan.
This is more than a HR role. This is a full time permanent role with attendance at our head office in Widnes at least once a week with some national travel so our ideal candidate will be based within an hours commute of Widnes. You can work your full-time hours over 4 days and enjoy a long weekend or work over 5 days to accommodate your other commitments.

Working closely with the Head of People Support Services and Projects, you’ll be at the heart of your region—supporting leaders, driving recruitment, embedding culture, and delivering people-led change across multiple services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of the Support Services People Plan, helping create a strong and attractive employee proposition
- Lead and support organisational change activity including TUPE, restructures, acquisitions and contract transitions
- Drive recruitment and workforce planning, working closely with recruitment teams to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently
- Provide expert support on Employee Relations matters, ensuring consistency and best practice
- Produce meaningful people data and insights to support decision-making and track progress
- Work collaboratively with People Services and wider teams to ensure a seamless HR service
You’re a confident, credible HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and enjoys balancing operational delivery with strategic impact.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a multi-site People/HR role
- Strong experience in employee relations and organisational change
- Experience of supporting recruitment and workforce planning
- Excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
