We are seeking a passionate, reliable, experienced Support Worker in Carlton, Nottingham (NG4). The role pays £13.12 per hour for 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred support to an individual in their own home.
  • Spend the full shift with the same person, building genuine connections.
  • Work in a structured shift pattern: Morning 7:00‑15:00, Afternoon 15:00‑22:00, Sleep‑in overnight support.
  • Deliver support that promotes independence, dignity and choice.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Passion for working in social care.
  • Patience, empathy, compassion, sensitivity to others.
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, honesty, determination, problem‑solving skills, resilience.
  • No strict professional experience required – values and willingness to learn are highly valued.
