About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate, and talented Support Workers to join a well-established service supporting 6 amazing individuals with learning disabilities. Your role will focus on promoting choice, wellbeing, and independence, while providing 24-hour support with:
- Personal Care
- Medication
- Finances
- Accessing the Community
About the Service:
A welcoming home spread across 3 floors
Shared lounge, kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms
A fun, friendly environment where everyone enjoys activities like:

- Coffee Trips

The people we support describe themselves as happy, friendly, and fun-loving—and they love staff who are outgoing, kind, and creative thinkers!
Shift Patterns Include:
- 7:30am – 3:00pm
- 2:30pm – 10:00pm
- 8:00am – 8:00pm
- 8:00pm – 7:30am (Waking Night)
- 9:30pm – 7:45am (Waking Night)
- 10:00pm – 7:30am (Sleep-In)
Applicants would ideally be available to work a variety of shifts, including some sleep-ins.
