Community Integrated Care is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate health and social care professional for a Service Leader Level 1 position based at our Supported Living Service in Clayton, Bradford, BD14.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
With experience working in a health or social care setting, you will have an upbeat positive manner, as well as having a genuine passion for supporting people to become a part of their local and wider community. You will also have experience working with people supported who present behaviours that require intensive support planning and management to ensure their safety and quality of life at all times. In addition, you will be comfortable using basic IT systems that are required within the role - training can be offered to support this area. You will also hold a professional qualification in Health and Social Care, i.e. Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 plus supervisory units (Scotland) / Care Management Level 3 (England).
