Community Integrated Care is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Health and Social Care professional to serve as a Service Leader based in Worcester.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Advanced Support Workers across a purpose‑built block of bungalows for seven people and several new single‑person tenancies.
- Drive performance, promote reflective practice and set the direction of services.
- Promote a positive, passionate culture and ensure services are appropriately resourced.
- Provide support for teams during weekend and on‑call duties on a rota within the management team.
- Manage the care of people with complex needs, including autism, complex learning disability, mental health conditions, forensic backgrounds and risk of offending.
- Implement Positive Behavioural Support strategies and coach teams to reduce challenging behaviours and use of restrictive interventions.
- Lead reflective practice sessions, de‑briefs, supervision and actively seek and give feedback.
- Coordinate transition of clients from inpatient settings and collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams and clinicians.
- Use basic IT systems effectively and maintain documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in leadership within health and social care, particularly with complex needs populations.
- Experience with trauma‑ or psychologically‑informed care and awareness of attachment theory preferred.
- Experience in implementing Positive Behavioural Support, risk management and restrictive intervention reduction.
- Professional qualification in Health and Social Care – e.g., Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 (plus supervisory units – Scotland) or Care Management Level 3 (England).
- Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work calmly and confidently in crisis situations.
