About the Role
Our Support Workers are dedicated and passionate about going the extra mile for the people we support. In this role you will provide one‑to‑one support and care to individuals with diverse needs, working primarily in a 12‑hour shift schedule with a single staff member on shift at all times.
Responsibilities
- Provide continuous 12‑hour shift support to an individual, picking up where the previous shift left off.
- Plan 1:1 support sessions weekly, including activities such as cooking, arts & crafts and community outings.
- Support mobility, personal care and daily activities, using the skills and equipment provided.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate user progress to the team.
- Advance training and develop independent working when required.
- Support the individual’s journey to achieve the best quality of life possible.
