Job Setting

The role is part of Dillington Mews, an autism‑specific supported living service comprising six individual apartments in Barnsley.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 support to six tenants, assisting them with daily living activities.
  • Implement each tenant’s individual support plan and care package.
  • Promote independence, personal choice, and well‑being for all tenants.
  • Collaborate closely with families, significant others and the wider care team.
  • Maintain accurate records of support delivered and progress.
  • Adhere to equality, diversity, and professional boundary standards.
