- Early Bird: 7am – 9am (for staff finishing a sleepover shift)

About The Role
We’re looking for confident, experienced male Support Workers to join our Bank team supporting a sociable and independent gentleman who loves walks, bowling, and a good chat over tea.
Responsibilities
- Support the gentleman to achieve his personal goals and maintain his independence.
- Encourage participation in social activities and daily routines.
- Redirect and de‑escalate challenging behaviour when it arises.
- Keep a safe and friendly environment for the client.
What You’ll Need
- Experience with challenging behaviour
- MAPA and first aid training, or willingness to learn
- Patience, positivity, and confidence to handle tricky moments calmly
