Overview

Bank Support Worker role at Community Integrated Care in Garforth, Leeds. This is for Day Shifts. We are looking for 2 Bank Support Workers for our team in Garforth, Leeds, LS25.

What you will do

  • Provide day-to-day care and support to people in our residence
  • Work alongside a supportive team to deliver high-quality care based on choice, dignity and respect
  • Support individuals with activities and outings aligned to their interests
  • Attend required training and provide and use personal protective equipment as needed

Who you will support

  • Residents aged approximately 37 to 66 years old with varying needs
  • People with mobility challenges, non-verbal communication, and needs for personal care
  • People with autism, learning disabilities, dysphagia, and communication difficulties
  • Staff team trained to support these needs
