Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in their day to day lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible for each individual.
Our Shifts:
- 10am - 10.30am the next day (this includes a sleepover)
- 8am - 2pm
- 2pm - 8pm
Shift Requirement: Days, working different days each week and including some weekends
Contract: relief hours
Driving License Required? Yes
What You'll Be Doing
You'll support ladies, who share their home, with everyday tasks to ensure they're supported to be as independent as possible. The individuals we support love gardening, discos, playing games, and cooking. You’ll help with:
- Home & daily living
- Medication & personal care
- Promoting independence & choice
- Appointments & finances
